I'm very disappointed in this Sardi's Pollo A La Brassa location, because my wife and I wanted an order of Fried Yucca. So, we stopped at this location and l went into the restaurant. As I order the first guy I spoke to didn't understand basiccomprehension. So, spoke to another person behind the counter and was told fifteen minutes for more Fried Yucca, at this time it11:06, 11:30 and still no Fried Yucca. But you can fry some for a catered event. I would not have been mad if someone told mesomething instead of leaving me in limbo. thanks, to this Sardi's location I saved money, because the poor customer service willnot be returning to this restaurant.
I love this places' chicken. It's so tender and it falls right off of the bone. My only issue when I went there was the staff. I had asked for specific sauces, and they insisted that I was wrong. But when I tasted them, I was correct. I didn't bother goingback there to try and get my correct sauces since it wasn't that big of a deal. The place is clean and has a very niceatmosphere, so my only point of concern is that incident. Other than that, I would recommend coming here for dinner, just bevery patient with the staff.
The half chicken and green beans were outstanding, as always! However, the Brussels sprouts and carrots were a bit too oily this time, which is unusual. The chicken gyro, on the other hand, was quite bland. I had hoped it would be made with the same flavorful rotisserie chicken, but it wasn’t. While the feta cheese and vegetables were a nice touch, the lackluster chicken diminished the overall dish. I would recommend that Sardi’s either season the chicken better or use their rotisserie chicken in the gyros.
Asked the lady.. can i get some sauce multiple times.. she said they added to the bag multiple times.. i said ok thank you. Get home.. no sauces.. she asked every hispanic customer what sauce they wanted before me..then like i annoyed her when it was myturn..Always something when i order from here.. not even as good as the Sardi?s on route 3 by a long shot.

The chicken at Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa Glen Burnie was outstanding! Crispy skin, juicy meat, and perfectly seasoned. The chaufa with black beans and the roasted Brussels sprouts with carrots from their menu were equally delicious. Don’t miss out on this spot—the food is incredible! Be sure to try their green or jalapeño sauce as well.
The 3 piece dark platter was good with fried rice and brussel sprouts, actually better than expected. We wanted white meat chicken but they were totally out. However, I was there around 7PM and it was very busy, so they may have had a run on whitemeat before I arrived. We will definitely go back.
This is the best DoorDash meal I’ve had in a long time. The food arrived hot, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Considering it was delivered all the way from Glen Burnie to Severn, I’m really impressed—and satisfied!
Sardis is a great place for a step above the chain fast food places. It's more of a carryout style but does have seating. Most go there for their chicken. I get the veggie platter and all the green sauce I can have.

The food was fantastic! The chicken was incredibly tasty, served hot and fresh. The Brussels sprouts and carrots were excellent, and I really enjoyed all the sauces. I will definitely be coming back!
Everything is delicious! The 3-meat combo was great. This is one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants. For dessert, I enjoyed the delicious Alfajor.
