Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa Glen Burnie

I am very disappointed with my experience at Sardis Pollo A La Brassa. My wife and I went there specifically to order Fried Yucca. Upon arriving, I approached the counter to place our order, but the first employee I spoke to didn’t seem to understand me. I then spoke to another staff member who informed me that it would take fifteen minutes for more Fried Yucca. At that time, it was 11:06, but by 11:30, we were still waiting with no sign of our order. It would have been less frustrating if someone had updated me on the situation instead of leaving me in limbo. I’m grateful that I saved money by not being able to order anything, but the poor customer service means I won’t be returning to this...

The half chicken and green beans were excellent, just like always! However, the Brussels sprouts and carrots were quite oily. I should mention that this isn’t typically a problem. On the other hand, the chicken gyro was rather bland. I had expected it to be made with the same rotisserie chicken, but it wasn't. The feta cheese and vegetables complemented the dish nicely, but the lackluster chicken really took away from the overall experience. I would suggest that Sardis either season the chicken or use their rotisserie chicken in the gyros.

I love this places' chicken. It's so tender and it falls right off of the bone. My only issue when I went there was the staff. I had asked for specific sauces, and they insisted that I was wrong. But when I tasted them, I was correct. I didn't bother going back there to try and get my correct sauces since it wasn't that big of a deal. The place is clean and has a very nice atmosphere, so my only point of concern is that incident. Other than that, I would recommend coming here for dinner, just be very patient with the staff.

I asked the lady if I could get several sauces, and she mentioned that she had already added them to the bag multiple times. I said, “Okay,” and went home, only to find out there were no sauces. It seemed like she asked every Hispanic customer what sauce they wanted, but when it was my turn, I felt like I annoyed her. There's always some issue when I order from this place. The 3 pieces dark plated was good with fried rice and brussel sprouts, actually better than expected. We wanted white meat chicken, but they were completely out. However, I was there at 7:00 and it was very busy so they might have had a run on white meat before I arrived. We're definitely going back.

The chicken was fantastic! It had a crispy skin and was juicy, perfectly seasoned. The chaufa with black beans and the roasted Brussels sprouts with carrots were also delicious! Don’t miss out on this place! The food is incredible! And make sure to grab some green or jalapeño sauce.

Sardis is a fantastic alternative to typical fast-food chains. While it has a bit of a game room vibe, there is plenty of seating available. Many people flock here for the chicken, but I prefer the veggie plate, which pairs wonderfully with the green sauce.

Best food Ive gotten off of DoorDash in a while. Food was hot. Seasoned well. And overall delicious. Especially seeing how it was order from Glen Burnie to Severn. Im impressed and full.

Ever is delicious! 3 mea combo was good. This is one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants. For dessert got the delicious Alfajor.
