My coworkers and I have been going here for about 2 years now once every month on our inventory day. Everything was pretty consistent, til the last couple months. I’ve noticed the prices have risen while the food portions have become smaller. Food quality is still good. I understand rising costs for businesses, however let’s keep the portions consistent to what helped establish your business from the beginning. We are going to give it one more go.
The service was totally unprofessional, the food let’s star with the pork has no flavor no salt just grilled, the rice was half way cooked, then the Inca burrito taste worst than a chipotle one, we tried to talk with one of the attendants and said that, the food is coming already cooked and they just heat it, well that explains all so this is a fast food not a restaurant like they say. I would never come back to any of their branches
You’d expect the sauces to be homemade, but getting only two sauces with a half chicken is disappointing! I’d recommend ordering a quarter chicken instead if you want enough sauce. The cashier’s indifferent attitude really put me off and makes me hesitant to come back. I also feel like I might have received better, friendlier service if I spoke Spanish. I hope the half chicken tastes better than the poor service I experienced today!
The food is still good, but they've made some drastic changes to the portion sizes, and prices are continuously rising. In the past, one side of rice (which isn't cheap) was enough to feed three people, but now it barely serves one. It's disheartening, especially since even the chicken seems to have a different taste. I ordered a 1.5 chicken family meal yesterday, and since then, my children have all been using the bathroom more than twice after eating. I've been unable to stop vomiting today. I’m not sure if the food was GMO or what, but I spent $53 just to end up being sick. My stomach still hurts. I would never recommend this location; there was definitely something wrong with the food.
I've been ordering from this restaurant for a few years now. The chicken can be a bit salty, and they no longer offer spinach, but overall, the food is consistently good and served in family-sized portions. With inflation, it feels like you're getting a little less for your money. The indoor dining area is spacious and usually clean.
