I showed up to my reservation on Friday and we were seated right away. We sat at our table for 35 minutes and are server never came to the table. Shift supervisor or manger not sure who stopped and grabbed us menus and water and still for another 10-15 minutes no server came to our table so we walked out and ate somewhere else. Terrible experience. It was very busy so I'm more then understanding if you as the server come to us then tell us your busy “things might take awhile because we're busy”. No one came to my table and said anything of that nature we just got disregarded.
FLIES. We were celebrating my sister-in-law's birthday, and she specifically wanted to sit outside. I understand that there can be bugs outdoors, but we were overwhelmed by a swarm of flies throughout our entire meal. We adore this restaurant and will definitely return, but we'll do everything we can to avoid sitting outside again. The food was fantastic, the drinks were perfectly made, and the service was excellent!
Saritas is one of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland area. Everything has always been excellent. This last visit, I had the evening special, veal piccata. It was below average. Tough with not much flavor. Everyone else in our party throughly enjoyed their meals which is a positive. The restaurant was extremely busy which may explain my experience. Will continue to be one of my favorites!
I recently had dinner at this restaurant and found the service lacking. We waited nearly 20 minutes at our table while multiple servers passed by without greeting us or providing any water. However, the food and wine were outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed both of our entrees. Despite the service issues, we plan to return in hopes of a better experience next time.

Our server Ally was great! She knew everything on the menu plus all of the specials-of which there were a lot! The hot chicken dinner and tuna special were wonderful, however the veal special and chicken Francais could have used more flavor and seasonings. We have been several times and have enjoyed the restaurant.
What a wonderful evening! We gathered with friends and sat inside due to the rain. We thought it would be rather noisy, but it was just perfect. Everyone ordered something different and enjoyed their meals immensely. Our server was outstanding! We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

I go to Sarita because of the specials. I was not disappointed this time. The new dish was very, very tasteful. My palate said please MORE! But I was too full to try. I hope the next time I go to the restaurant, that amazing dish is back on the menu.

Outstanding service and food. Our server was excellent. We had the bison and potato croquette appetizers which were excellent. Two of us had the lobster twistetti pasta and it was amazing.
