This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I placed my order, paid for my meal, and when my order was ready and placed on the counter, I went to collect it. However, the guy preparing the food asked to see my receipt for some reason, even though no one else in line was asked to show theirs. The cashier confirmed that I had ordered two plates before I even had a chance to show my receipt. It was a unpleasant experience as it felt like I was being singled out and doubted for no reason. The young Japanese guy seemed biased and ignorant, assuming that I might try to steal the food. I felt insulted and will not be returning. Extremely rude and unsafe!! Only half the workers have on mask and the food sits out on the counter inches away from talking coughing breathing unmasked customers waiting to be sauced and packaged. When I asked for a plate that the previous customer had not already reached and talked over the chef flailed his hands and yelled give her the money back she can go! . I waited 20mins in line for that service. Kinda feel like a dodged a bullet though so...

Food was just really rushed and tasteless8. Steamed vegetables were cold and hard, the fried rice was mushy and the 3 shrimp were cold...tastes as if it was leftover and not freshly, this place was really good once before it just doesn’t offer what it advertises

The food was really good as always but the two girls who were working the cash register were not nice at all. They made fun of me and were talking about me behind my back, which made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. Reserva una mesa ahora

the girl in a box extremely rude. I asked her a question that she just ignored me and helped other customers. I've been a customer for over 12 years. I do not come back and do not recommend this place to others.

Excellent and affordable meal at the Mall Food Court. Can choose chicken, shrimp or beef or combination. Comes with rice and steam veggies. It's very popular and has ocassional long lines.

Soggy and chunky white rice and the vegetables seemed like they were soaked in water with no flavoring.
