While the food is good, this place really went downhill. The service by the young lady at the counter is …very bad to say the least. She acts as if she was doing the customer a favor by taking their order , considering she takes the order correctly. I ordered the teriyaki chicken which mind you is delicious, but without veggies. Under the chicken were the veggies which were put in incorrectly. I get it mistakes happen, people are tired. But the way she looked at me when i told her that it was incorrect made me regret coming back here. She simply told the cook to pick the veggies out because it would take too long to re-make the order, even though there were other people placing orders and th...

I love this place and I've been coming here on and off again for years but they just literally took 10 bucks from me cash now. I gave them 21 cuz it's 10 and some change. The lady said I only gave 11 bucks. She counted the entire register and said yup no it's right, you only gave me 11. So I asked her to check the cameras and she said she couldn't. I asked how can I eat my food now? So she just gave me a refund of the 11 bucks and now I'm short 10 bucks. WOW! Now I dont believe the cashier was doing anything shady if I'm being honest, I really believe that she thinks I only gave her 11 bucks. That's okay but let's check the camera. I used drop in here maybe once a week to get teriyaki chicken and vegetables in a Styrofoam container. The food was made fresh to order and so that is the reason why I came here. They fry up the chicken in inflammatory cheap seed oils (canola, soybean, corn oil vegetable oil). I asked one of the cooks if I could bring in my own bottle of avocado oil and he said sure, why not , so next time I did bring my own oil, and the mean old cashier woman says NO to my avocado oil. So that 's the end for me, I 'm not going back to this place. All the other places I go to honor my own choice of oil. Not here. You guys just lost a once a week customer.. whatever...

Restaurant Review: The quality of the food was poor, and the customer service was lacking as well. They claimed their hot sauce was sriracha, but it tasted diluted and watery, almost like tap water. I ordered three chicken teriyaki dishes and paid with a credit card. When I asked if they could break a $20 bill, they refused, insisting they couldn’t open the register without a sale. It's baffling how they manage to stay in business with such a rude attitude. Overall, I had a terrible experience and will definitely not be returning! Reserva una mesa ahora

Service was just regular service. Like they don’t want to be there but they were nice. Place is very very unsanitary. They have the rice in a pot on a barstool a few feet above the ground. Same lady who handles cash handles the rice and trays. Unsanitary. Gentlemen who cooks isn’t wearing gloves and they keep the food in a little fridge below the stove/grill. Scoop it right above the floor. Just very gross and will NOT be eating here again. Also in a dead spot of the mall. Atmosphere is dead.

I experienced food poisoning after dining at your restaurant last night! I woke up at 2 AM with severe nausea and vomiting. Why would you allow this to happen? The customer service was terrible, especially from one rude older woman and the cook. Despite this, I still chose to give you my money. I certainly didn’t pay to get sick. I will not be returning! This has been the worst experience, with both poor service and food poisoning. I am considering legal action.

I ordered teriyaki chicken online for first time, received a plate of with some piece of chicken which say hi to teriyaki sauce and one small piece of broccoli and couple piece of steamed cabbage.Low quality, never had this type of Teriyaki chicken!!!

The staff member at the register was very rude and rolled his eyes multiple times. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're fine with waiting 30 minutes for your food and experiencing poor customer service. I won't be coming back. Reserva una mesa ahora

If you’re feeling hungry while shopping at the mall, this is the ideal spot to unwind. The only downside was that I was charged $1.75 for a 16-ounce bottle of water.
