10 out of 10 experience! The flavors are unlike anything I have experienced before. Customized cocktails arriving to the table promptly along with the piping hot dishes shortly behind them. Plenty of Vegetarian options that made my palate dance with joy. MUST TRY the lamb sliders and lentil nachos. Sarma is an incredibly pleasant and warming experience. I had the most enjoyable experience at SARMA while visiting my family in Somerville this weekend. First I was greeted by the two nicest men and was seated in the beautiful plated wall section. Next the server and all the others were so attentive! The food was so delicious, as was the dessert, salad, and drink. Sarma offers a unique dining experience with intense flavors, beautiful presentations, and substantial portions. The Black Sea Cornbread was a delicious and unforgettable dish that I highly recommend leaving to the experts. The Brisket Shawarma, presented like tacos, was a standout favorite and possibly the best dish of the evening. The Persian Salmon also impressed with its strong flavors and ingredients. The mocktail selection was good, especially the powerful grapefruit version with plenty of ice. I look forward to returning to try different dishes at Sarma, a dining destination that could potentially rival Lala Rokh.
This restaurant is now one of my favorites in the Boston area. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and all my questions were answered clearly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The cornbread was the best I've ever had, and the octopus was delicious. The brisket, short ribs, shrimp, eggplant, and parsnip fritters were all fantastic. I will definitely be returning. It is easy to get to on the green line T, with a stop nearby.

A highly popular restaurant bar where 2 or 3 dishes are enough for one person if you’re hungry. The menu is amazing and you really can't go wrong with anything, I've never been disappointed. On the drinks side, they offer a great selection of craft beers, cocktails, and wines. They have you covered. The service is personal and efficient. Highly recommend.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I especially enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts and Sugarsnaps. Unfortunately, the parking situation is not great. There is no street parking available within a five block radius, and I ended up getting a $50 ticket for parking too close to an intersection.
