We are absolutely in love with this place—it’s almost becoming a bit of an obsession, haha! The staff at the Royal Oak location are all incredibly friendly. It's amazing that this restaurant is located inside a gas station with a liquor store attached! Our favorite dish is the chicken with roasted potatoes, and we always hope there will be leftovers for the next day; otherwise, I’ll be disappointed. If you’re hungry and craving delicious food, this is the place to go. The pizza is fantastic as well; you really can’t go wrong here!
It has been quite a while since I have eaten food in a gas station, but I am really happy that I gave Saroki's a try. Excellent fried chicken and I was impressed by the biscuits that had been baked with a little honey on top! Service was great, store was super clean; also the most well stocked gas station that I have ever seen and I look forward to trying some of the other menu options. Saroki's is a growing company and I can't wait till they have a location closer to where I live in Utica.
Don’t let the location in a gas station fool you. The chicken is delicious, the pizza is decent, and the chicken sandwiches are fantastic. The service is quick and friendly. However, the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes. For instance, a chicken sandwich without any sides costs $11, which feels a bit excessive. That said, this is an issue that should be addressed within their corporate structure, and I won’t let it overshadow my experience at this particular location.
Glen! Glen! Glen! He’s incredible!!! I had an amazing experience thanks to his assistance for my party. I trusted him with everything, and he really came through. The food was a big hit. He provided the perfect amount for the number of guests. All I had to do was let him know how many people I was serving, and he handled everything else. I would rate my experience a perfect 20 out of 10! I will definitely contact him again in the future. Thank you so much!

I always have a wonderful time when I visit this restaurant; the experience is consistently excellent. The customer service continuously impresses me. Glen was especially attentive, making sure that both my dietary requirements and budget were accommodated. I highly recommend this place!
Ordered the chicken, fried corn, and sides from here and they were all delicious. The owner, Glen, was great when it came to accommodating our order. I'll definitely be getting food from here again. Would recommend to anyone who wants some great food! #ChickenSlaps
Saroki's has by far the best chicken I have had in a while. We ordered the fried chicken and fried corn, potato wedges, and red velvet cookies. From the taste to the quantity they give, I would give them 10 stars if I could :
By far the best I’ve had in a long time. Pizza and salad are a hit. The pizza sauce is the best part. Can’t forget about their ranch either!! The chicken tenders are another favorite, tons of flavor and cooked just right.

I’m surprised this place has a 4.6 rating. I paid $4 for a slice of pizza, and it was terrible. It used to be amazing—I loved coming here—but now the quality has really gone downhill, and I doubt it will get better.
