Encontramos esta joya de restaurante en el centro de Pereira, Colombia. Estamos muy felices. Fuimos recibidos personalmente por César, el dueño, quien nos explicó los platos del menú y para asegurarse de que cumplía nuestras expectativas, ¡ofreció... hacer nuestros platos como queríamos! Nunca habíamos experimentado eso, y fue una sensación fenomenal. Pedimos como aperitivo pulpo, que no estaba en el menú, pero logró hacer un plato maravilloso. También pedimos un corte de Linguini que nos permitió seleccionar cada ingrediente. También probamos un plato de camarones delicioso. We came across this jewel of a restaurant in downtown Pereira, Colombia. We are very happy. We were personally greeted by Cesar, the owner who explained the dishes in the menu, and to ensure that he met our expectations, he offered... to make our dishes what we wanted. We've never experienced that, and it was a phenomenal feeling. We ordered octopus as an appetizer, which he did not on the menu, but was able to make a wonderful dish. We also had a Linguini court that he allowed us to select each ingredient. We also had a shrimp dish that was delicious. If you crave authenic Italian food in the land of arepas and chicharron,the only place to go is Sasi.You can get freshly made pasta dishes,bufalo mozzarella and prosciutto di Parma.And real pizza Napolitana from a brick oven.Owner is from Roma,who is both gracious and talented.This is like an oasis in the desert for homemade type Italian cuisine.Not like the psuedo attempts made by Colombian chefs to try and create something similar.This is the real deal,and congatulations Cesare!

This restaurant probably has the most extensive menu in Pereira. It is authentic Italian cuisine with some Colombian spins and ingredients. The owner, Caesar, is Italian with great order of food and wine of Italy, but many years in Colombia. One of the best options to eat in the city.

A little piece of Italy in the heart of colombia´s coffee region. By far the best Italian place in town . Suggestions hand carried by its owner and a variety of dishes made with taste and knowledge. Ideal for Proseccos accompanied by great atmosphere. I totally recomend this place.

This is a nice restaurant for atmosphere and quality of food. Truly authentic Italian restaurant. The owner came over and gave us attention throughout the meal. The lasagna was excellent. At night they have oven fired pizzas. Recommend this restaurant highly.

Excelente servicio. El propietario es un gran anfitrión y un excelente cocinero, te ayudará a elegir o crear tu propio plato. La pasta al dente es excelente. Ve si te gusta la comida italiana en un lugar típico italiano.

The best Italian restaurant I have been in pereira in the last 15 years. And very friendly owner. Will return for sure. The fish food is very nice. And the desert is very nice
