This is not an exaggeration or an over statement by any means, Dinner tonight was the best meal I have ever had! From start to finish, the meal was exquisite. The mussel appetizer was so creamy the mussels melted in your mouth. The flavors exploded in your mouth, yet it was such a light dish, it left you wanting more! The ravioli appetizer was unlike any ravioli I've ever had before, a basket of their fresh bread and an order of ravioli would make the perfect lunch! we have early dinner reservations (5:30) and at the arrival, we were warmly welcomed and put on our table. there was another couple in the restaurant. we studied the menu online before the day and saw that they offered 7 or 8 entrees, we were surprised when we were informed by our server, the only server for the entire restaurant, they were already sold from 2 dinners on the menu. the server has never made a recommendation regarding wine selection or menu points. March 2022 A special thanks to the boss Josef von Sasse 's Fort Myers for preparing us records of PERFECTION again!!! March 2021 This year was a very special birthday for me. Years ago, I asked the boss Josef Zimmermann of Sasse if he would make Beef Wellington for me one day. Five years later, I finally called. Thank you. I must say that was the softest, tenderest juicy cut of Fillet I've ever eaten. Cooked 100% perfection for all four of us. It's such a choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend to pick up one In the words of a great philosopher: Life is moving pretty fast. If you don't even stop and look around, you could miss it.

Make sure to make reservations in advance if you want to enjoy some of the best Nordic cuisine in the area. Chef Josef manages to make you feel that you are a welcome guest in his home while still the highest quality professional cooking dishes. The menu is not big, which is a good sign! None of the shops here. There is a championship of some. No one I've ever gredded with here has anything but accusations for the food. at our jubiläum I made a reservation on their website. no reservation at arrival. it can happen to be a mistake about their website, software, human error or me. but in order to scream the chief owner with us, we had to go since we didn't make it. his outbreak was heard by many at the place and was quite embarrassing to us and the waitress. no need to treat potential customers or employees on these wise. What would he do if they didn't like one of his courts?

Come for the amazing food stay prepared for the intimate spectacle of your food usually at the feet of all tables. Never had something less than amazing from Sasse. Prices are very reasonable and the gourmet food, romantic aesthetics and all the fine dining experience make Sasses's place for date night or for special occasions!

An absolutely amazing culinary experience that no one should ignore! Chef Josef and his amazing staff goes out of their way to make your dining experience extraordinary. The flavors of the food dance on your palate carefully paired with beautiful wines. Fort Myers, this is an experience that cannot be missed!

Sasse is where my wife and I had our rehearsal ten years ago. There was no other place I could think of celebrating our anniversary. They went out for us when they heard this, and the food was somehow better than we were treated by the staff. A really amazing experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

Awesome restaurant! Top notch food at this chef driven restaurant. Off the beaten path, hidden gem. All of the food was amazing! Sauces were great and absolutely delicious!!!!!
