We made the mistake of lunch quickly here simply because we were hungry. the ramen were accompanied by a good gyoza, but the base of the soup was soy sauce in boiled water, the noodles looked like instant noodles and the pork slices were very salted. I didn't have a bowl of ramen so lacking complexity but also rich in salt. I couldn't continue; I've lost enough time.
After having toured several restaurants of ramen on Paris and even the most recognized, I always come back to this restaurant! A quiet and quiet atmosphere with a very welcoming and warm staff. But above all the taste of the proposed ramens is only better at every visit! I strongly recommend, an unparalleled quality report.
Quiet Japanese restaurant, with modern decor, which mainly serves ramens and sushis while usually both are specialties of separate restaurants. The best sushi I have eaten so far with fresh products and wonderful gyozas for quite correct prices! Too bad the waitress wasn't smiling, but we all have our bad days.
