A few weeks ago I discovered “lush green” thanks to a tip. It is a vegan buffet-based restaurant with several branches (including in Düsseldorf). I 'm not a vegan myself, just a vegetarian, but I 'm certainly open to this experiment. Given the variety and tasty nature of the buffet, one could easily come up with the idea of switching . You choose one of three plate sizes or a bowl, the rest is self-service. The buffet offers cold and warm dishes (also to take away) and is very rich. Nice, rather small restaurant. The food is very tasty. Self-service. I particularly enjoyed the soy stroganoff. The chocolate cherry cake is also sensational. We'd love to come back.

Great atmosphere and delicious vegan friendly dishes. Dishes can be prepared in buffet style for take away or dining in. Btw, the cappuccino gets a 9 out of 10!

Yummy vegan food. It's a self service buffet where you pay for the plate size. Great variaty of food. The cakes are heaven!
