I've purchased sausages from this restaurant several times to cook at home. The only drawback is that, with so many options available, the staff has limited knowledge of the actual ingredients and can't provide much assistance when trying to choose from over 50 varieties. It ends up being a matter of trial and error. They do have some delicious chicken sausages, and the Turkey Italian sausage worked nicely in a pasta sauce. The Sicilian sausage also received positive feedback at home. However, I found the Calabrese sausage to be quite fatty and wouldn't recommend it. I plan to return, but only for specific flavors.

Moreover, the blue cheese sausages felt slimy before cooking, suggesting they might have been old. If this is the quality you can expect, I’m truly puzzled as to how this place remains in business. It was extremely disappointing.
