We booked dinner for two people at 8pm. When we arrived at the entrance to the room, it took a few minutes for one of the few waiters to come and serve us. Comemorei meu aniversário no Saveur Bistrot. Escolhemos o menu Saveur 6 anos e harmonizamos com um vinho argentino sugerido pela casa. Simplesmente inesquecível! Fomos surpreendidos em todos os pratos, até naqueles que pareciam simples como o creme de couve-flor com croutons de alho e azeite de ervas. Tudo impecável: apresentação, aroma e sabores. O local muito bonito, apesar de mais distante de onde moramos vale a pena pois a privacidade do local, em meio a natureza, compõe ainda mais a experiência. Deplorable experience. My wife made a reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Arriving at the condominium where the restaurant is located, we rang the intercom but there was no answer. There was no concierge either. We stood outside the gate, in a somewhat deserted and dark place. After insisting a lot, I called the numbers available on the page, but no one answered. We tried to contact WhatsApp, however, even with the online status, there was no response. Finally, we gave up, after almost half an hour in front of the closed gate. excelente experiência! Além de uma atmosfera acolhedora, o serviço do máximo, o malricio e o ribamar foram lá acolhedor, esclarecendo todas as perguntas sobre o menu... e que menu! Optou-se pelo menu de estreia de 4 passos e foi incrível, aceitamos algumas sugestões como o espinhoso de coelho e o peixe do dia, tudo muito delicioso e com belas apresentações. A casa oferece outras surpresas, mas deixarei que alguém descubra.
4 Menu de passos é ótimo, vale a pena preço. ambiente quente e confortável. carta de vinho com valores um pouco além do habitual, vale a pena pagar a cortiça! Para aqueles que não são de brasilia, você pode ser estranho sobre a distância e localização, mas um local de acesso seguro e fácil por aplicativos de transporte. Voltaria em outra visita ao Brasil.
