My local friend in rouen recommend me this restaurant. I have eaten something at the hotel because I was too hungry but when I eat in this restaurant, I can't stop to eat two plats and one bowl of rice!

The staff was young and very friendly. I asked for there best dish they gave me a spicy beef soup. It was good and spicy however on a very hot day I would have preferred something colder.

Most of the interesting dishes in the menu were not available. The rest of the food was fried. We had to call many times the server to have her coming to our table.
