The food is very good, I always take the butter chicken. the entrances of samosas are also good. If you're not able to tolerate strong music, I'm not advising you this place. It must be understood, however, that the Indians (to have already gone in the indebtedness) love strong music and it is something cultural at home. Disclaimer: We are vegetarian family, who don't even eat eggs. The selection with these restrictions was admittedly sparse. As a top rated vegetarian-friendly restaurant on TripAdvisor, I expected a better selection. The naan at this place was some of the best I've had in Canada (careful before you order though, the size is HUGE), but the rest of our order left me wanting. Again, not a review of the non-vegetarian food!
I am from an Indian descent, so I am particularly picky when it comes to Indian restaurants...but I am pleased to say this was good. We have found that QC restaurants do not dabble in spices, but this place certainly does (Chicken Madras)We were a little off-put with the doughy samosas and stale poppadoms. The price was also quite high, but nonetheless we would definitely recommend!
I ordered that during our winter stay in quebec, it was the worst Indian food I had ever lived in my life. I don't know how they're in business or who buys this and eats. butter huhn is as sweet as a mango/cococolate smooth. I wish I was exaggerated. Been there 2 weeks ago with my girlfriend and her friends we all had an excellent meal for my part i've tried the "table d'hôte poulet tandoori" and i was really satisfied everything was delicious cooking on point good portions of food and the beer was really good too we are looking forward to come again to our favorite indian restaurant in Quebec city
that is one of the worst Indian restaurants. I ordered biryani and it looks like fried rice, the taste is also terrible. I couldn't bite. Never had this biryani in my life, it is also expensive. I would never make a mistake to order food from here. if they are looking for Indian food, this is not the place.
