L’établissement se trouve au nord de Carouge non loin du pont de Carouge. Il y a un arrêt de tram au nord-ouest depuis lequel il faut marcher 4-5 minutes à pied. De l’extérieur, le restaurant ne paye pas de mine et ressemble plus à la Vieille-Ville comme les constructions du coin. L’intérieur est plus actuel (excepté le carrelage) avec des murs et parois en bois. Les petites tables, carrées ou rondes, sont aussi en bois de même que les chaises mais avec des coussins d’assises pour plus de confort. La nappe et le set sont plutôt joli. Il y a une douce musique zen pour l’ambiance. Par contre, l’éclairage est plutôt faible.Le jeune serveur asiatique, qui portait des lunettes, s’est bien occupé...

This was the second time I had lunch here in Sawasdee. The reason to choose this restaurant was its close proximity to my friends' residence and experience we had in the first time. Cozy environment with an indoor dining area and an outdoor terrace. Both were comfortable. Staff were very attentive and friendly. According to the restaurant owner, the chef was a Thai. He made a very tasty meal for us in our first visit that we enjoyed very much. This time was a little disappointed. The food was not as good. It's not authentic Thai flavour nor it's aromatic. The duck dishes were tasteless. The meat was hard and dry. With the price paid, it's just OK.

The food is great, portions are big and the meat is good quality. There is a vast choice and the prices are fair for Geneva (40 chf per person sharing an entrée main dish)! Service is really good!
