Sawatdee - Reservar una mesa

Ordered takeout so I can’t speak to the waitstaff of Atmosphere, but for our first try of Sawatdee I’m sorry to say we will not be returning. We cannot eat a lot of spice, and we’re pleased when ordering online to see that ‘No Spice’ was an option. Running down from mpls (they do not offer delivery), came home and the spice in our food was unbelievable. I called back to say ask for a refund, since I was not going to make that trip back, and the staff shared that in order to be given a refund I would have to drive back and return the food! What were they going to do with it when I returned it? Put it under heat lamps and offer it to the next guest? In summary, poor customer service and from w...

Every item I've ordered from Sawatdee gives me a different viewpoint of flavor from this cooks perception of some culture from India. I don't know which, but the food is usually quite good. Of course I have favorites, but its a nice journey to try things. The place is usually quite quiet. The service is on top of things. Slow service, as they started making my order only when I arrived to pick it up. It took a whole hour to receive just one portion of fried rice. The service felt entitled. Adding to the disappointment, the fried rice turned out to be excessively salty, rather than flavorful, resulting in a complete waste of time and money.
