Sawyers Restaurant Bar

One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. It was super dry and tasteless. The bun was too big for the burger so I had to cut the ends of the bun off so I wouldn’t bite into just bread. There were only two people working. One in the front serving customers and one in the kitchen cooking. Due to this it took over 30 minutes to get our food (there were only two of us). Our drinks got watered down due to the ice melting (no air conditioning) and was not offered fresh drinks. There were so many good reviews so maybe we went on a bad day. Either way I can’t recommend and will not return.

The food here is excellent. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is amazing. The bar tenders are all really nice and mostly on point. When it gets busy sometimes it can take a while to get service, however, he bartenders aren't purposely avoiding anyone. It is possible the bar could use an extra server to help things along but otherwise this place is amazing and still within walking distance of downtown.

Great food, music was a bit loud and menus could have been a little cleaner, but it's a bar so I wasn't expecting much. I ordered the fish and chips, the fish was fried perfectly and the fries were really good. Coleslaw was fresh and really good, I would go back

A bit of a dive bar that fits the character of the town. The guy who took our orders was cool. Some of the menu items seem a little upscale even. A good option overall if you don't want anything fancy. And right in the middle of town pretty much.

Jerk chicken was insane, bartender was very chill and all around had a great time. Came solo as well! Wish I took pictures of the chicken before I ate but it was too good!
