If not this one waitress (who might have been the daughter of Mr. Neumeister) had been so bad, I'd rate everything as excellent. She did not meet us as a person glad to have guests at their restaurant. Two examples: My father drove and does not drink anyway, and so we all chose to not drink. That no one would have any of their local wine caused the lady a frowny face and snarky remarks. How rude! We were served this fantastic plate with a terrific sauce and we wanted to cherish this sauce by eating all of it, but that was difficult with a fork. So, we asked for a spoon. "A spoooon?!" Yet again snarky and frowny. I hope she had a bad day or doesn't act like this to all customers. Yeah, just order some wine and you'll be good I guess. I still recommend anyone who happen to venture in the vicinity to drop by this place. It's even worth driving an hour or two out of your way to get to!
Wir waren vor kurzem zu 6t in der Sazianistube Essen.Der Service hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme, definitv anders als in anderen Restaurants dieser Kategorie, Besteck ist in den Schubladen versteckt zum selber nachdecken, was uns sehr gefallen hat.Aufmerksam und nett, also alles in allem sehr gut.Das Erlebniss beim Essen war der Wahnsinn, nicht überladen mit Geschmäckern, einfach alles auf den Punkt gebracht und wenn man die Komponenten auf dem Teller kombiniert erlebt man wahre Geschmacksorgasmen.. einfach geil!!! Das Bauernei war für mich das absolute Highlight, eigentlich ein simples Gericht, aber in Perfektion präsentiert,. alle anderen Gänge auch top, einzig der Hauptgang ist etwas abgefallen,.. die besten Gänge waren die fleischlosen.Aber das ist jetzt jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Insgesamt kann man nur applaudieren und Bravo sagen. Tolles Erlebniss
our second visit to this beautiful place in south styria made us feel home. mr. neumeister and the crew are very warm and welcoming. the cuisine of harald irka (who was not in that evening) delivers one great dish after the other. the atmosphere is very relaxed and familiar therefore our little girls enjoyed the evening with us too.
Das Essen war modern-regional (ohne die Nordic cuisine nachzuahmen), originell (im besten Sinn) und ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis. Das Restaurant an sich ist aber auch schon eine Reise wert - wunderbar dezent gestaltet und in unglaublicher Lage mit Blick auf die Kirchen von Straden.
