That said, I do really enjoy Sbarro pizza, but I've noticed quality can vary by location. During my last visit, the staff seemed unsure of their roles. When I received my pizza, half of my slice was missing—just gone! Additionally, two out of the three people at the counter didn’t speak English, and the one who did had a strong Chinese accent, making it hard to communicate.
