Scalco - Reserva de mesa

Such a pity that this place has a great location and atmosphere, a very nice decor, good and friendly service and a charming owner and yet the food lets it down badly. We were recommended it last year and despite being full of anticipation , we had a very disappointing dinner. We thought we'd try it again this season with some friends and again it was a terrible let down, All our dishes except for our puddings were bland verging on not good at all. Sadly many of our friends now feel the same. Please, please change the food, send the Chef to River Cafe in London or back to Sicily or anywhere in Italy to improve the recipes and we'll be back like a shot!

I had to take a day off from skiing due to pulled muscle and spend the day touring around snowy Verbier. it was adorable and this restaurant specializing in Italian food was a great way to spend several hours. I has great food, spoke with the owner who charged my phone for me behind the bar, and enjoyed a couple of great wines.

we discovered this restaurant last year and returned there 3 times during the February holidays. every time, an excellent experience. delicious cuisine and good wine menu with excellent glass wines. I especially recommend gnochetti alla salsciccia, but everything you took was delicious. very beautiful terrace, south and quiet.

atmopsphère and perfect service. but for 1 carpaccio of veal without flavor, 1 rizzoto with citrus fruit (a few orange zests to guess),1 veal escalope (less than 100g of meat in the plate and less of a cep,) 1 burnt cream that breaks down, 1 bottle of white wine (1st price.) very salted note: value for money = 0 Reserva una mesa ahora

We had a group of 14 of us at scalco and i must say we were very positively surprised by the welcoming staff,the smooth service and the general quality of the food.The chef even prepared a birthday cake that was delicious.We shall be back !Isabelle h

a restaurant for the connoisseurs and for the Italians! a simple, fresh and original cuisine, few quality gage choices, the wine menu should open a little more to Valaisian specialties and surprises from the terroir.

Further than fresh, the ingredients of the fairly limited but tasteful card. In combination with the good Italian wine we ate deliciously there. Don't get the edge. One of the best restaurants in bronze!

Nydelig måltid, med god vin. Vi hadde antipasti og pasti. Alle rettene var med flotte råvarer. Betjeningen var utrolig hyggelig.
