The rainbow cookies at this bakery have an overpowering extract flavor, and are a bit firm and overly sweet. While this is just my personal opinion, it seems that most people may not agree with me. While the cookie itself resembles a Sarah Bernhardt, the filling does not. I had these cookies on an island and drove two hours to this bakery specifically for them, but was ultimately disappointed. THE BEST MARZIPAN, TRI COLOR COOKIES EVER. No one makes them like SPC! I've been getting them since I was a kid and still the best! Great cakes as well and very conscious about food allergies!
