I have been in Winter Haven since 2013 and they are minutes from my house. Initially I was not impressed with their BBQ but changed my mind after a few visits. Last year I stopped for breakfast and I was very happy I did. They make their own breakfast sausage and smoke sausage. It is the best I have had in any restaurant. I am a lover of blueberry pancakes and after trying theirs I will also say it was the best I have ever had. I am 71yo so I have tried a few. The pancakes are fluffy and absolutely filled with fresh blueberries. The most I have ever seen anywhere. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. Prices are reasonable as they can be in these times. Give them a try.
Last Sunday; Friendly, casual, open Atmosphere. Waitress was attentive and helpful. I had Mahi fish blackened medium . Great flavor, moisture, and texture. Food was hot. Green beans coleslaw was yummy. My sister and lunch companion had a baked potatoes I will order next time. Butter sour cream for the top. I 'd say the only better Key lime pie, would be to make it yourself. It was Good also. It was not busy, so we had a leisure lunch. !ice place to run into old friends. Prices are average and comparable to other restaurants offering ribs BBQ. The fish was great. ENJOY ????
At breakfast it is crowded. They have good breakfast what do you expect. Dinner was the surprise to me. Great food. Better than Sonny's. Cole slaw not drowning in dressing. Even had a salad bar. My only complaint on the is can mushrooms. Would of liked fresh. The night I was there had bacon and potato soup. That was tasty as well. Responsible pricing great service. What else do you need.
This is one of the best restaurants in winter haven, some of there best foods are chicken and dumping soup! Then there fries and ranch are delicious! To early for lunch? Those biscuits and gravy are also delicious! This is a great restaurant with great service and food! Anita is a great waiter if you looking for a fast meal!
