I wish I could give this place more stars! I called to inquire about hosting my rehearsal dinner, and they quickly impressed me by returning my calls and proposing a menu that fit perfectly within my budget. They informed me that the only space available for a large group would be the outdoor area and advised me to be cautious about booking given the possibility of rain. I decided to go for it anyway, hoping for good weather. Well, it rained. I recently ordered food from Shatzi's and I was truly impressed. Having just moved to the area, I've been exploring different restaurants and hearing great things about Shatzi's. I tried the Shatzi burger, pretzel poutine, bratwurst, and hamburger egg rolls. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere. The woman at the bar was very friendly and had my order ready in no time. The food was fantastic, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I especially recommend the Shatzi burger—they did an amazing job with it. I will definitely be ordering from Shatzi's again!

My father and I decided to visit New Paltz yesterday and check out Schatzi's Pub. It may not look like much from the outside, but the interior is what really counts, and it was lovely and cozy. We sat at the bar, where my father ordered the Schatzi burger, which looked amazing; he claimed it was one of the best burgers he had ever tasted. I opted for the steak sandwich, and it was excellent—full of flavor and aroma, not too chewy, and very filling. At just $16, it was a fantastic choice, and I was thrilled with it. I'm also glad I went back to capture some pictures this time.

This place truly lived up to my expectations! They have an excellent selection of beers. The veggie burger was hands down the best I've ever had. We all enjoyed sharing our dishes. We were in town for just a day and were so glad we chose to stop here. The food was excellent, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. They also had a fantastic selection of beers.

Great beer selection. Excellent burgers. A little cramped in the bar area when locals pack in. But always worth visiting.
