Schiff - Reservar una mesa

Restaurant: A small cozy place outdoors. However, quite lackluster service. 2-1.5 hrs before 6pm no chance to sit for a coffee and deserts at empty lakefront tables because they “have to prepare for dinner”, as said by a moody lady waitress with a phone on the belt. 10 minutes waiting at reception desk, 15 minutes waiting for menu, 20 minutes waiting for 2 ice creams, 1 coffee, and a small cheese plate… ice cream was completely missing chocolate sauce vs. menu…

the location is two-sleet very nice, the service was extremely nice and the eating sounded promising (felchenfilet an beerfoam,) so we were happy to pay some more money for a dish from the menu. what we got was disappointing. a tiny portion fish that has tasted after nothing (with enough desalination it was enjoyable. but more not.) two stars I only give because the service was so courteous.

it is a special experience if you can experience the sunset over the lake after or during the culinary pleasure. the reception and the service is warm. the menu is adapted to the season and the wine selection to local grows is great. I guess the salad is served in a large bowl, so everyone can take as much he wants.

Absolutely stunning location when the sun is out. Quiet and serene. Food is very good. Service is polite but sometime they seem very busy.

Great hotel, great location! Great breakfast. Would be even better with air conditioning.
