Der Service von Ramona ist sehr souverän und zuvorkommend! Sie hat alles im Griff und selbst bei grösseren Gruppen Klappt alles!Normalerweise bestelle ich Immer das US RibEye mit Crevetten als Beilage! Hammer! Dieses Mal probieren Wir Das Tomahawk... (1kg)OMG Unglaublich Zartes Rindfleisch auf dem Offenen Grill Zubereitet und mit sämiger Haussauce napiert. Dazu Markbein im Knochen mit Fleur de Sel und Knusprigem Integrale Brot vom Grill. Einfach Nur Geil!!...

Service freundlich und kompetent, Essen war auch fein und auf den Punkt grilliert. Wir bestellten „Schindle-Chateaubriand“ medium. Vielleicht etwas Kräuterbutter lastig, sonst perfekt. Gemüsegarnitur knackig und auch OK. Kroketten nach meinem Geschmack nicht sensationell, jedoch guter Durchschnitt. Wir kommen sicher wieder nach dem Beizenlockdown.
