Order confirmation: delivery time approx. 1 hour 1.5 hours later, upon request, driver is on the way. 2.0 hours later, upon request and announcement Refusal to accept, yes driver is on the way. 2.25 hours later, we make ourselves something to eat. 2.5 hours later, the poor delivery driver is at the door and takes the order back. Dear people of Kefalonia, A lack of employees is really a big problem and if problems arise, I actually understand. If you screw up your customers over the phone and actually even when you specify the time in your order email, that's beyond my understanding.
In my lasagna, the lasagna was missing. I found some tagliatelle in there?! The taste and further eating also increased my dissatisfaction. I'm really disappointed. I also called them and wanted to deliver something new to me, that's nice, but it just ends up in the trash and it's too bad for that, I'm really dissatisfied!
We ordered online and have now been waiting for our order for three hours instead of calling and saying I'm sorry, it's taking a while. They still want to order and the driver still doesn't seem to be on the way! Never again!
We order from you regularly and are happy that you exist! The food is simply delicious, we like to eat gyros, pizza rolls and snails the most. We continue to order and can only recommend you

Yummm. awesome and delicious food in this trip. So enjoyed eating the food flavors are amazing. Specially Indian curry…loved it.
There seems to be no value placed on customer loyalty anymore. Well, there are other good stores too.
