Schloss Schwerin - Reserva de mesa

I was in the castle café last Saturday. In the winter months, the cafe is open in the 2OG and in summer the orangery overlooking the lake of Schwerin. Both cafés are very nicely decorated and worthy of the castle ambience. Unfortunately, it is not the service and the unfriendliness of the staff. We had a table reserved for 7 people in the cafe in advance, but the reservation could not be found. This was very unfriendly and only unwillingly 3 tables were put together at short notice. At 14:45am we would be told that the cafe closes at 4pm and thus the kitchen is already closed, ice cream was only prepared for repeated requests and as an exception, cakes were only available leftovers and from...

That. Café in the orangery of the Schloss Schwerins is a wonderful location in the middle of the castle garden. There is a small map of warm dishes and cakes. We decided and for two cakes and two warm dishes. Both warm dishes, came quite fast, tasted good and also the portions were fine. It seems the orangery has no own kitchen. So the dishes are cooked in the kitchen of the castle restaurant and brought to the cafe. Because the dishes were hot. Also the cakes were good, not exceptionally good yet better than average. The service was very friendly and served us friendly and well during our visit. However, it was a bit elevated, you will certainly pay for the location.

We were at the castle café with 6 people. The table was beautifully covered, we all sat so that you didn't feel concentrated. The service was absolutely excellent, we felt unobtrusively well treated. The food selection was very diverse and plentiful, all freshly prepared and delicious. Only the dessert did not seem prepared themselves, but delivered and the popular varieties were very fast and were not refilled. And about half the brunch time it was very warm in the room. This does not really harm the good overall impression.

We actually wanted to eat lunch here, but the selection of dishes was quite clear and did not meet our taste. The coffee and the small portion of Pommes were okay. The premises in themselves were very nice to look at, but as food is served there, it could be a bit cleaner (window and floor). Something disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very friendly staff. Coffee and cakes are also good, good price. The view from the castle is also beautiful. However, one has to admit that if necessary Eat groups next to the buffet and it might be a bit louder

Das Catering der Schweriner Schloss Localitäten ist exzellent gewesen. Sehr empfehlenswert für größere Firmen-Veranstaltungen.

Das Brunch-Buffet ist der Wahnsinn! Es gibt in Schwerin nichts vergleichbares!
