He reminded me of classic walled gardens (walled surrounded by a wall) in England. Today there is a café and restaurant in the upper class in part of the castle's premises. We had a very pleasant evening at Dachau Castle. The food was disheartening, very tasty and well cooked. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful in the translation of the menu. Very recommended. 100 %
