we arrived at an evening just before the specified "wet kitchen until..."-time. the service told us relatiw stressed that there was only the small kitchen. but we had great hunger and observe how still various guests get served hot kitchen. When we were allowed to order something simple, we had to wait a long time and were not very satisfied with eating.
