Schloß Hohenentringen

I made a quick escape from Pfäffingen. For Hohenentringen is in the Schönbuch and, in my opinion, belongs to Entringen. Pfäffingen is clearly too far away! That's it. And it can only be reached by car via hail hole. But that's too far away. I've learned it's part of the escape. You can go up from there and there is also the Friedwald. I ran several times from Herrenberg to Hohenentringen in the Schönbuch. The problem is that you have to go down at the castle ruins in latitude wood, and then you have to get back to Hohenentringen. There are various ways that you are evil when it has rained and it is very slippery and the over the Friedwald is really beautiful. It is more beautiful to go from Tübingen to Hohenentringen. And I believe from Unterjesingen to the castle of Roseck or Pfäffingen to also walk over the old mountain. And is more beautiful, at least I think. You can go in there. But real, the best was always the must. And he's really crazy! The food is not so special. My mother had lunch and meat last time, and I wasn't excited and I was wondering what you could do wrong? I mean, this is in Ba-Wü and not somewhere in the desert or something. And yes, my sausage salad wasn't so delicious. That's why we don't want to go there anymore. But the beer garden is beautiful. And you can still enjoy the cyclist and the view is beautiful. However, mega-maniac cyclists arrive in summer and this is annoying.

The castle Hohenentringen is beautifully situated over Tübingen, with magnificent views over the country. Gastronomy leaves much to be desired. The cake pieces are very small, do not taste very good, but are very expensive. The Cappucino was okay. We were there with a small group and that's a little overwhelmed. Here came the wrong drink, there was a coffee too much, a false cake, a completely forgotten one.... The conditions are friendly. This economy is far and wide the only and therefore very well visited by hikers, cyclists and other tourists, even on working days. Nevertheless, it is also here. The restaurant inside remains closed in good weather and you can only sit in the beer garden, no matter how hot it is. The thick castle walls bring beautiful cooling in the summer, but that doesn't matter for the hosts. It is assumed that an operation is simply stored here. For me it was a test, because I want to celebrate my round birthday to a large extent. Not here

As cyclists, hikers, walkers or excursionists who are travelling from Tübingen in the Schönbuch, you can hardly get past the Schloss Hohenentringen at least if a beer garden is provided in the route plan. Located above the Ammertal you have a fantastic view over the valley to Herrenberg. The seats are in the courtyard. They are plentiful and beautifully arranged. You are very friendly and the prices are absolutely fine. As the beer garden belongs to the restaurant, besides coffee and cake, there are no typical beer garden dishes, but Swabian cuisine. If you want to arrive by car: From the parking area Hagelloch Bogentor, a road leads to Hohenentringen Castle, where there are not so many parking spaces. Therefore, it is recommended to take the footpath of Hagelloch. If you like it a bit more sporty, you can park at the Wildgehege and take a few meters of altitude while strolling to Hohenentringen. Monday rest day.

Located in the middle of the greenery, there is a particularly nice possibility for tired hikers to return. But also for normal guests the way to the picturesque former castle estate is worth it.
