We wanted to check out Julia Komp who is head chef at Schloss Loersfeld. I am looking for a location for a corporate event, so we were scouting last night. The restaurant has two small rooms, probably 25-30 guests in each room. The evening was simply said great, the staff very present , friendly and open to answer our questions. We chose a 5 course menu which we built from the menu which had some 9-10 courses to select from. Julia added in 3 extra greetings from the kitchen. Each course was very well prepared, included a number of Asian elements, some which I had not seem before. The sources were so good, I wish I could have licked the plates. Truly a great gourmet restaurant with pretty view to the park which lays behind the castle.The service was excellent, especialy the restaurant manager who is also the sommelier. We had 3 courses icl 2 side courses which well thought. combined and served. The house-apperitiv was yummy too. The menu is shown with description on my photos.Ms Julia Komp, the youngest Michelin Starred Female Chef, brought us the refined selection of Pralines. A nice way to greet her guests!This restaurant offers events regularly. The arrangement costs around 110-150 € without pairing wine.
Regardless of whether haeberlin, georges blanc, go well or laugh to name just a few: europas sternekit is quite familiar to us. Nevertheless, our first visit to julia klomp, Germany's youngest sterneköchin, in schloss loersfeld (kerpen) was an experience of the special kind. such taste explosions are also exceptional in this league. we were totally enthusiastic and are definitely coming back. Of course, the pleasant, stylish ambiente and the friendly service that is very competent in every hinsicht also contribute to the comfort factor.
in a word: extraordinary!This was our first contact with the uplifted gastronomy. and fortunately for us we have landed with schloss loersfeld a full hit.We were delighted with the service. very accommodating and perfect in the performance, always polite and humorous. we were not allowed to run up with label as newcomers.Eating was delicious in all matters and prepared on the spot. the lock loersfeld has won two new fans. After the restaurant in the schloss lörsfeld had been somewhat forgotten for us, we have dared a new attempt because of the good crooks of the new chef julia komp and were absolutely enthusiastic.From the friendly reception in the beautiful kaminhalle over the well-maintained drinks to the perfect eating, it just voted everything...and in the closed has still a special charm.
in the pre-Christmas period we have celebrated an anniversary with 8 people and are surprised by the abient, food quality and presentation as well as the excellent service very positiw. the young star chef aht with her team a great 9 gossip magic, which he is looking for! we'll be back!
