My husband and I were back in Homburg. We like the city better with every visit. There are plenty of parking facilities in the centre, many parking spaces are free up to 2 hours. From the parking lot at the Hohenburgschule we turned to the “rise” to the Hotel Schlossberg. This looks farther from below than it actually is. The footpath is signposted and led us past the castle caves. This day it didn't fit, but we want to see the largest buntsandstone caves in Europe. After about 10 minutes walk we were already at the hotel. We were kindly greeted and had different places to choose from. Teures Zimmer nach hinten raus. Brauchte Hocker um mal rausschauen zu können. Heizung und warmes Wasser gingen nicht. Nach Reklamation hat man uns einen Schlüssel für Einzelzimmer zum Duschen gebracht. Na mal ehrlich für 150€ Übernachtungspreis soll man im Nachbarzimmer duschen? Da fehlen einem die Worte. Personal beim Frühstück konnte kein deutsch, gar nichts. Da hat man schon fast Mitleid. Dies war kein Wohlfühlaufenthalt.
Wir gehen regelmäßig hierher und sind jedes Mal begeistert! Das Essen ist immer frisch, sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Aussicht – einfach wunderschön und perfekt, um den Abend entspannt zu genießen. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall weiterhin sehr gerne hierher....

Eindrucksvolle Lage auf dem Schlossberg mit Aussicht über Homburg. Das Hotel ist modern, hat sehr freundliches Personal und eignet sich nicht nur für Einzelreisen. Ich hatte schon mehrfach Gruppen und Abendveranstaltungen hier. Die Aussicht von den Bankett Räumen ist immer ein weiterer Pluspunkt.
Absolut tolles Hotel. Sehr schöner Ausblick über ganz Homburg. Die Bar, dass Restaurant, alles passt hier perfekt zusammen. Der Service war klasse. Das Team macht nen tollen Job. Danke dafür
Valentinstag Ohne Übernachtung Ambiente Top. Bedienung und Service Top. Getränkeauswahl Top. Aber das Essen Menue war vom Geschmack her dieses Jahr nicht so toll wie in den letzten Jahren.
Eine super tolle Aussicht, über die Stadt. Der Keller und die Ruine sind sehr zu empfehlen.
