The castle surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Cycling around the castle domain and the nearby fields are more likely to feel in the Bavarian landscape than in its capital, which makes Munich particularly among large cities.

Food is great (I had lachsfilet it was just the right amount of fried, salads are also good), staff is helpful and of course the atmosphere of the castle and the lake it all creates the experience.
