Chronology: offer with extremely inflexible check in times, exceptions only for 30% surcharge on the room price. Call to the hotel whether a different solution would be possible (with a proposal for a package to compensate for the staff use at the reception). The hotel manager in the phone call unfriendly and with extremely arrogant tone. The phone call was terminated without a solution, but already with a very bad feeling. Impolitely, at the reception we were told that we had arrived 5 minutes too early. In the room did not work a lamp and also in the bathroom was a lamp defective. The water in the sink did not run after I opened the siphon closure, this was clogged with hair and mucus. After complaining about it, it was taken without comment. Before: without Corona I would have given the fifth star, because it is a great hotel, modern, clean, very beautiful spacious rooms, and only the location at the small castle, in a small park with old trees, restaurant unfortunately also. Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Room was spacious and clean. Since on our arrival day was rest day (Monday) we could not eat in the restaurant (but when booking it was also pointed out). The nice gentleman at the reception gave us the opportunity to tell us where to eat well in the evening.
