For me from northern Germany, this is something special to experience a great economy next to a beautiful castle. Since it was only season, I ordered fresh mushrooms in cream sauce with dumplings. I also let a steak stand, because fresh mushrooms or sponges are simply great if they do not come out of the glass or can. This week they're starting to blow up with us. This food on the big spot next to the castle, with beautiful service and great ambience I can only recommend. There is the restaurant since 1616 but is closed due to the renovation since November 2014, but the Almhütte has opened. Good Bavarian cuisine is also served in the Almhütte.

Beautifully situated under large old chestnuts, beer garden with beautiful views of the Neue Schloss Oberschleissheim. The food was so lala, beer garden level, the beer from the Hofbräuhaus is naturally raised above any doubt, the prices were mercenaries. The highlight is the location you should visit (before, after that could become more difficult: the beer garden the new castle and the park behind it is worth seeing.
