Schlotzsky's - Reservar una mesa

We ordered, and waited, and waited for 30 minutes while 3 other customers behind us got their meals, go up to the front, tell them its been 30 minutes since we ordered, showed them the receipt, they turn around grab a bag that is tied up and hand it to me. No I'm sorry for the wait or the screw up. Receipt shows to go scratched out. They just let the food sit there, did not call out our name. I should have made them remake the sandwiches, because they were mediocre at best.

My hubby and I thought we would stop by Schlotzsky?s for dinner, and thought it would be a nice change or so we thought). The food was horrible, it was not fresh! We will-not be returning. I had a French Dip Pizza offer of two half helpings), hubby had a sandwich, we were so disappointed, the sandwiches had no taste and the Dipping Sauce was awful! We were very unhappy. Stay away from the Wylie, TX. Location.

My favorite sandwich shop! Always fresh and delicious. While they are a little pricey, they are well worth it. I have never ordered anything that I didn't like and order frequently off the entire mene. Soups, salads, sandwich, pizza, it's great!

Typical Schlotzsky?s, great food and service! Food was served really quickly and was fresh and put together well. The drive thru seems fast too. Will be back.

Told the kid at the counter I wanted 2 medium combos and they give me 2 sandwiches and that?s it
