The path 'Traumschleife Baybachklamm ' is one of the nicest walks in the region, including some scrambling up some steeper bits but never overly difficult. It is a loop walk which can be started as well as finished at Schmausemuehle. Even families should be able to finish this 10km walk, but also don 't underestimate it 's difficulty and danger inform yourself about it before...

We chose the “Summer Sun” offer to enjoy our 5th anniversary. Already on the way through the forest to the valley we realized that we cracked the jackpot! The house is original and completely beautifully decorated, the garden and the sun terrace are lovingly maintained and the staff is friendly and filled with a smile also like additional wishes. The room is clean and well maintained, the furniture is super creative, lots of wood and cozy. The location as well as the food is a dream! We will definitely come back, thanks for the great time
Beautifully idyllic, away from the hotel and restaurant. Great kitchen and good, beautiful service. My tip: Herb trout fresh from its own pond in Baybach. In winter as in summer it is always worth a walk. In summer on the large terrace and in winter at the open fireplace in the guest room. Great.
