It was in Schnepfenthal for the first time today. I must say that I can fully confirm the previous positive reviews. As I came shortly after opening, the host also had some time to talk to me. I felt particularly pleasant that he helped me, my request, very much in the selection of my food and my wine. I had the feeling during the whole time of my stay, here the guest is welcome. The fact that the food was plentiful and very well-bodied is only mentioned at the edge. Since I am not a very strong eater, the host has packed me the rest of the steak without my request and I took it home. I'm sure I'll visit this restaurant right away.
