Very disappointed with your company. I've been a customer for 5+ years and I just moved and decided to start ordering at our new home. First I put my order in and was told someone would contact me within 2 days to setup delivery but the next day the driver just showed up which wasn't a huge deal. But what was a huge deal is I got charged twice for that order. You took every penny I had. Charged my card multiple times for one transaction and won't refund my money. I have been calling and fighting with them for a week now and I keep getting excuses. I finally had to file complaints with the BBB and FTC. And dispute the transaction on my card and open an investigation through the statewide EBT company. Been a long time customer so it's very disappointing that they are being like this. Beware trusting them with credit, debit or EBT cards.
I have been a loyal customer for years at this restaurant in Dallas, PA. Unfortunately, the driver named Patrick was very rude to me. He threatened to stop selling to me if I didn't start purchasing more than $60 worth of frozen food.

The prices at this restaurant are too high. They let go of my husband after 23 years of service over something trivial. I believe it was done with malicious intent.
