with a few friends we visited the black cooker (as it actually means) on a Sunday in the early evening to complete a nice day.We had reserved what would not have been absolutely necessary. there was plenty of space.The service was very friendly and very fast for the first orders, but then we "forgot" a bit.The ambiente is "sufficient - convenient", so not kitschig or especially. I like that. I had a steak nature with country potatoes, the others had different dishes.My steak was perfect. the kartoffeln plentiful and very good (the chef probably specializes in kartoffels in all variations). the soßen to steak also excellent. I might have expected a little more salate than supplement/deco, but...

One of my favorite indoor restaurants in Amberg, Schwarz combines decor with great meat dishes. It is a true steakhouse with baked potato offerings, homemade dips and dozens of different ways to have your steak finished (crust, sauce, seasoning, cheese, seafood, etc).
