Wanted to have a good Turkish meal after the Medica congress in Dusseldorf. Found this restaurant on trip advisor. The atmosphere inside is really nice. Food looked really good, restaurant was packed. There were three of us and there were some empty tables but for 6 or more people.So they started preparing a table for us, half of which was facing a wall, so basically one of us will sit facing the wall.When asked the waiter to offer a better table his answer was "this table or go another restaurant"! This in my opinion does not reflect the Turkish hospitality, even if you consider that your business is doing well you should not treat your customers that way. Very shameful.
We ate here twice on our recent visit to Dusseldorf. Both times the food was excellent! We only speak English so we needed help with the German menu. Most places in Dusseldorf have only German menus. Schwarzes had an old menu that was in English that we were able to use with help and guidance from our waiter. The service, food and value of this restaurant are exceptional! They have just about everything on the menu! The kitchen is clean and the meat and seafood are visible in the cooler for inspection. We loved this place and would come back again!
An authentic place with true, fine Turkish cuisine. The service is beautiful and accommodating, there are no wishes open, also additional requests are paid friendly. The menu is rich and offers something for everyone. The ambience is good and you will get insight into the open kitchen. The prices are moderate and the portions are lush. There is nothing to express and therefore the Black Sea is worth a recommendation.
I do not think we could find such fresh and delicious sea food other than here in Germany. Also chopsticks and İskender is highly recommended. We did not try breakfast,but it was highly recommended by people who tried. I will come back for breakfast again during next visit to Dusseldorf.

Visited as recommendation from a friend but regretted!! Location little dirty and food appearance not appealing... Mezze so, so not original and bread cold and not appropriated to follow any mezze... Prices also very high considering what they offer..
I have gone many times during fairs i visited. It's tried to be abided to Turkish local tastes. Not 10/10 of mezes but those are on acceptable level. I can suggest if you missed raki with Turkish hors d’oeuvres
Nice place with quality grilled meat. Quite good cold Turkish tapas (soguk meze) for a Turkish restaurant in Germany. Not great service but OK. Would visit again if I want Turkish food when I am in Germany
I must say who is really much on the go and eating well will confirm that prices are very human. For this, eating is very delicious and the service is very warm.
