I stopped by in store to snag a last minute cheesecake for a birthday last month. I thought for sure I’d be out of luck but was able to snag one and it was a hit! The cheesecake was thick and almost crumbly, I loved the texture. The storefront is so cozy and when I walked it in smelled delicious because they had gumbo cooking in the back. Of course I had to grab some of that while I waited, it smelled TOO good and it was delicious. This will be my go to for cheesecakes moving forward.
Ended up getting the key lime and strawberry mini cheesecakes on Saturday. First time trying, but won't be the last. They were both FANTASTIC! The service was excellent! There were no key limes available at the time and she was so gracious to whip one up for me. The space is really cozy definitely a nice place to come, have dessert and coffee (can host private events as well). One of the owners mentioned they also make stews, seafood gumbo and turkey chili which I can't wait to try.
This bakery goes above and beyond! I ordered a few cakes for a birthday party, but some very unfortunate accidents happened during delivery (none of which were Schweet’s fault! . They came and delivered the cakes (plus something extra to a different location hours after they closed, which was so kind of them. And on top of that, the cakes were so delicious! Everyone enjoyed them. I would recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a fantastic dessert and very caring staff.
Cheesecake made with love! They were so nice and accommodating. I asked if we could get their Golden Girl in a mini version and they were more than happy to do so. I got the Avenue, Golden Girl, and Westside. The Avenue was my favorite, very soft and flavorful, with the Golden Girl at a close second. Can't wait to come back and try the others. Ordered a variety of the gluten free cheesecake options for a friend's birthday, and it was just the most incredible cheesecake and experience all around. Very highly recommend and will be ordering again for any and all cheesecake needs in the future!!
The absolute best dessert I've ever eaten. We ordered The Avenue for a birthday celebration and everyone was raving about it. Already looking forward to ordering another one. Cannot recommend enough!
My child wanted cheesecake for his birthday, so we got key lime, blueberry, and chocolate chip. THEY WERE SO GOOD. Delivered on time, reasonable prices.
