Schwietert's Cones And Candy

We visited the restaurant and were impressed by the wide variety of taffy, as well as all the other offerings! We purchased some taffy and several stickers. However, upon returning home, we discovered that three out of the six stickers were missing, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, there's no way to get in touch with anyone about this issue. We've tried calling the number on our receipt and the website, but we've never been able to leave a message or speak to someone. This experience has made us hesitant to shop there again in the future.

Only went in here because our go to spot for ice cream was closed.I will walk to the market for ice cream next time.Taffy has been sitting a wile and hard. Chocolates are very ordinary.Service was short and not prepared, or organized.$4.50 for one scoop of ice cream Is a bit steep when it looks like a kids cone. They were out of several flavors and had no one making waffle cones/bowls at all so...out of those as well (even though they had 4 people behind the counter).Sign and store need a little TLC.Not a recommend

Cute location at Rockaway Beach. We visited on June 6, right after our train ride. We bought some candy, stickers, and ice cream. Great ice cream flavor choices, so many to choose from.. only complaint was that the freezer couldn't keep up with the weather. Our ice cream was softer than I prefer, but still yummy. The best candy shop on the coast! Robert and his team are warm and friendly, making conversations enjoyable for everyone. They have a fantastic selection of handmade chocolates, fudge, ice cream, taffy, jelly beans, candy bars, and more. This candy store is a must-visit for a perfect beach day!

Friendly employees and a wide array of chocolates, taffy, and ice cream. Really enjoyed the birthday cake ice cream I had. It has ice crystals but also had a nice chewiness to the ice cream, almost like Turkish ice cream

The selection was excellent, the taffy was soft and delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
