Well, ABER, where is the sophistication of the star kitchen? We had the 7 gang menu. Mostly very good in taste, but in appearance, each gear was more in the same texture and color. Here I totally lacked the WOW effect. It's good to focus on the naturalness of the dishes, but a bite of trara is already announced at a star. Especially since a few tasteful deficits were noticeable. When greeting from the kitchen of a pumpkin cream soup, unfortunately too much core oil was on top of it, during the subsequent first walk the vinegar in the taste was already quite clear. With the perfectly made bisque with Mango, it was unfortunately so pale that it completely failed. A very nice tasteful surprise was the Camparisorbet. Very simple but also very suitable, good and surprisingly different. At the calfsfilet there was nothing to do, but not much to do wrong. Cheese from Tölzer Kasladen is always an enrichment. Unfortunately, the semi-frozen was not semi-frozen, but rock-hard and drowned over and above in the glow-wine foam. Especially here we would have liked to have a star dessert and not the very simple parfait. From the wine service I would have liked to recommend that the wine we chose was possibly too young. And perhaps a trace of personal participation in us and not just very professional service. All in all, the food was well done, but for me not enough ONE STARCH! Especially at € 450, for 2 persons. Nevertheless, we had a nice evening in a nice place.
