I first heard the name for the brand known as Scimeca’s when I noticed the Italian grocery store and sandwich shop called “Scimeca’s Market Deli” has opened up shop in the Kansas City, Missouri suburb of North Kansas City, Missouri. There is also another business called “Scimeca’s Famous Sausage Company”, which is a brand that specializes in Italian sausages, Italian-style meatballs, Bratwurst sausages, chicken parmesan, Italian steak, sauces used on Italian foods, salad dressings, and more. It heard about them for their sausage. But there was only one item on the entire menu with sausage. Thought that was extremely strange. My wife ordered the thing with sausage. It was really good. Awfully expensive for the portion. I ordered another sandwich which was just an ordinarian Italian sandwich nothing special. Service people were not very inviting. Kind of short. Doubt we will be back

One of the best lunch spots in the area and lightning fast service. I've always enjoyed coming here. This placed replaced giovannis for me as a italian deli.

The sausage sub was good. I'd say above average even but my portion was way too small especially for the price. Won't make a trip back.
