In what world does cotton candy ice cream have waffle cone pieces in it. Even more surprising when you specifically asked for a cup then not provide a refund when asked. Terrible service. I hope the managers take note that their employees were extremely rude. Makes me think the issues were intentional because why wouldn’t you immediately offer a refund for a bad product. Just really hope not.

Waited forever rang the bell multiple times. Had to knock on the window. When I informed the employee working that the bell wasn't working they rolled their eyes and gave the dirtiest looks. Terrible customer service

This is a GREAT place to have ice cream mid day. Great food and overall great place.
