At the beginning of the week, I contacted the corporate office to address a concern since they were closed over the weekend. I spoke with Denise Morgan from Loving Cup LLC, Scooters' corporate office. She worked diligently to resolve our issue and went above and beyond to assist us. Her customer service was outstanding. As someone who has spent 11 years in customer service, I was genuinely impressed by her dedication. We are grateful for her help, which clearly shows why Scooters is our top choice for coffee over other competitors. We absolutely love Scooters! ☕️
Fast, friendly, and absolutely delicious! My mom has been singing the praises of this place for ages, and now I understand why. I ordered three specialty drinks, all prepared with non-dairy milk, and my total was around $18. While it’s a bit on the pricey side for what you get, it’s still about half the cost of Starbucks. Plus, the drinks were vastly superior to anything you'd find at Starbucks. The staff was cheerful and positive as well!
I had a disappointing experience at this location. I paid extra for oat milk in my coffee but ended up with regular milk instead, which I can't have due to my allergy. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I was almost at work. The service was also mediocre—not particularly noteworthy. I usually go to the Scooters on Mills Civic Parkway, which has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I won't be coming back to this one.
I've never experienced these issues at the University Ave location, where the staff is always friendly and consistently gives my dogs their treats. It's really disappointing, and I doubt anything will change here. Moving forward, I won't be returning to this location if I have other choices. Reserva una mesa ahora
I absolutely love this place! Generally, they do an excellent job. However, I ordered an extra shot for my blended drink, and it wasn't dark enough to really enhance the flavor. This happened just five minutes before closing, so I can't help but wonder if that impacted how it was made!
