Scooter's Coffee - Reserva de mesa

I am very lucky that I live within 2 miles of three Scooter's locations 10155 Hickman Rd, 7500 Hickman Rd, and a new location at 4566 University Ave. I normally go to the location at 10155 Hickman because it's on the way to where I am traveling. Not anymore. I will pass this location as often as possible to go to the store on University Ave. Today I went to get my large peach vertigo smoothie. The person taking my order (red ponytail, colorful glasses, smart watch with rainbow band) got it wrong. I didn't get the extra red bull that comes with the order (the person that made it had a black ponytail) , and they didn't offer my two dogs a pup cup. My family and I frequent scooters regularly, we love the drinks there. The last few times we’ve gone to this location we’ve had a few issues. One of the issues being we were charged for an item we did not order/nor did we receive. When we noticed the charge, we went back to Scooters to request a refund for the item. We were advised they could not help and we would have to call corporate. This was extremely frustrating and really left us with a bad experience. I called at the start of the new week as corporate was closed on the weekend. I spoke with Denise Morgan with Loving Cup LLC, corporate for Scooters. Wow! This scooters has truly turned things around. They seem to genuinely care about customers. I tried an iced matcha (my fav lately with coconut milk and hated it haha! Got back in line and confessed my daring mistake that left me hopeless (adding the coconut milk and trying iced versus blended. She made me a new drink for free, which meant so much. All of the workers are so caring and kind, previously this was not the case and they made careless mistakes. Now everyone seems to be on the same page of truly being customer advocates!!

I was bouncing between a few local coffee shops, but the consistency of the coffee offered by the friendly staff at the Hickman location next to CarMax has become my go to! Thanks for boosting my mornings Scooter's! Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a chi tea latte. It was awful. I think they got carried away and burnt it cause my friend got a cappuccino an it was pretty good. There are so many stores I won't be going back to that one

the staff is always extremely nice and go out of their way to create a positive experience. the wait is short and they even open my burrito bag a bit so by the time i get to work it’s ready to eat

Priced at a premium, but still cheaper than Starbucks. The value quality of the food is extremely low.It's okay at best, with a hefty price tag.
