I visited the cafe with my family on a busy Saturday morning. When it was time to pay for our breakfast and some desserts, I tried to use a $100 bill for a $50 total, but they refused it because they didn't have enough change. It felt like we were being treated unfairly because of our age. They offered no alternatives, which was frustrating since that was the only cash I had with me. The management was rude, so we decided to leave and instead went to Woody's Diner just three stores down. They were fantastic! Overall, I would not recommend Scratch Bakery Cafe for young families.
I decided to try the Very Berry cake after hearing someone proclaim it as the best cake they had ever tasted. While I can't say it's the absolute best, it is definitely delicious! It features a generous amount of fresh berries, fluffy whipped cream, and a dense yet not overly sweet cake. I would compare it to the Berry Chantilly from Whole Foods, but it's lighter thanks to the whipped cream and additional berries. I would definitely order it again, just be sure to place your order in advance!
Michael at Scratch Bakery is a true angel and exceeded all of my wedding catering needs! He provided us with gluten free sandwiches and cookies for our welcome party and delivered an entire bridal party worth of food for our wedding morning, with the sweetest note attached. I could not have been more pleased nor more impressed with him personally and with the quality of food from scratch bakery. We will definitely be using them again for our catering needs!
The baked goods are always fresh and delicious. There is no seating inside. So you can't really sit long outside on a summer day or a rainy day. But other than that. It's a great place to sit on a beautiful day. The cinnamon rolls is my favorite so far. Parking: Handicap parking in front

Absolute gem of a spot! I’m gluten intolerant and had quite a few options to choose from. Ordered a sandwich, dulce de leche cake, and choc cookie and ALL were delicious. Non GF tried a bite of each and said they couldn’t tell the difference. 11/10 would recommend.
The sandwiches are fantastic! The club sandwich was particularly excellent, and the turkey sandwich was also delicious. The food was served promptly, and the service was commendable.
Bakery goods are awesome breakfast burritos a regular go to for us. Staff always helpful and friendly.Not much atmosphere, seating outside.
I’m a baker. This place is great! If I don’t have time to make croissants I’d get it here.
